1. Order Processing Time / 訂單處理時間

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

訂單通常會於 付款確認後1個工作日內 處理。

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day。

週末或公共假期下單的訂單將於 下一個工作日 處理。

2. Estimated Delivery Time / 預計配送時間

Delivery times below are estimated business days after dispatch。

以下為 發貨後預計配送時間（工作日）：

Victoria（維州）：Melbourne Metro 1 business day；Outer Melbourne / Regional Victoria 2–3 business days

New South Wales（新州）3–4 business days

South Australia（南澳）3–4 business days

Tasmania（塔州）3–4 business days

Queensland（昆州）4–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier operations, weather, public holidays or order volume。

4. Delivery Delays / 配送延誤

Once an order has been dispatched, Potato Mart / B&D Group cannot guarantee delivery dates。

訂單發出後 Potato Mart / B&D Group 無法保證確切送達時間。

Delivery may be affected by weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays or building access restrictions。

配送可能受天氣、物流延誤、公共假期或公寓建築進入限制等因素影響。

5. Delivery Responsibility / 配送責任

Customers must ensure the delivery address is correct, someone is available to receive the parcel, and the parcel is collected promptly after delivery。

客戶需確保地址正確、有人接收包裹並於送達後及時取件。

We are not responsible for spoilage caused by delayed collection。

若因未及時取件導致食品變質，本公司概不負責。

6. Frozen Product Shipping / 冷凍產品配送

Frozen products are packed with insulated packaging and ice packs to maintain temperature during transit。

冷凍商品會使用保溫包裝及冰袋運輸。

Customers acknowledge frozen goods may soften slightly during transport due to external conditions。

客戶理解冷凍食品在運輸過程中可能出現輕微軟化。

Products should be refrigerated or frozen immediately upon arrival。

商品送達後請立即冷藏或冷凍保存。
