【金品】素胡椒餅 95g*4 Kinpin Pepper Buns 95g*4
Pepper cakes are a traditional Taiwanese snack, originating from the pork-filled baked flatbread "scallion pancakes" of Fuzhou, Fujian. The preparation method is similar to that of "naan" (a type of flatbread). The filling requires a large amount of chopped scallions, minced meat (vegetarian meat), seasoned with pepper and salt, and a unique spice blend. The filling is wrapped in a dough, shaped into a bun, and the outer crust is brushed with sugar syrup and sprinkled with sesame seeds.
Pepper cakes are typically baked in a special cylindrical charcoal oven. During baking, the crust slowly puffs up and becomes crispy, while the filling becomes more tender and juicy under the high temperature. This baking method results in pepper cakes that are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with an irresistible aroma.
