【How to use】
Preparing the sanitary pad: Keep your hands clean and dry. Remove the sanitary pad from its individual packaging. Peel off the release paper from the back to expose the adhesive side. Carefully place the sanitary pad in the center of your underwear, with the wider end facing back for optimal nighttime protection. Press the sanitary pad firmly into your underwear, ensuring the adhesive is secure. Fold the wings over to the outside of your underwear crotch and press firmly. Once you've confirmed comfort, adjust your underwear to ensure the sanitary pad is comfortable and properly positioned. After use, roll up the used sanitary pad, wrap it in new sanitary pad wrapper or toilet paper, and then discard it in a designated trash can. Never flush sanitary pads down the toilet.
