[How to consume/use]
Rose honey vinegar is a concentrated beverage and should be diluted before drinking. The standard ratio is 8 parts water to 1 part rose honey vinegar to 2 parts ice cubes, or a healthy ratio of 2.5 parts water to 1 part rose honey vinegar. Shake gently before drinking. Avoid using water above 40°C to prevent destroying the nutritional value of the honey and natural enzymes.
