● Ingredients: Squid, shrimp, bread crumbs (flour, wheat, water, palm oil, salt, soybean flour, yeast, cornstarch, yeast extract, refined coconut oil), pork back fat, tapioca starch, sugar, salt, pepper.
● Origin: Taiwan
● Allergens: Contains cephalopods, gluten, crustaceans, soybeans and their products. May also be cross-contaminated with fish, milk, eggs, sesame, and other ingredients.
● Cooking Instructions: - Deep Frying: Remove from freezer and thaw in refrigerator for approximately 3-5 hours. Deep fry at 150-170°C for around 5 minutes until golden and crispy on both sides. - Air Frying: Remove from freezer, thaw in refrigerator for approximately 3-5 hours. Spray a light layer of cooking oil over the surface. Air fry at 150°C for 8 minutes, flip over and continue air frying at 180°C for additional 5 minutes or until both sides are golden and crispy.
